“Horton, Here’s a Poo!”

The “boycott” by black women is fake news... probably started by some infowars asshole to start trouble. There is absolutely no organized boycott of any kind, yet people took two nanoseconds to light into black women everywhere from that damn rumor.

Wouldn’t that be the Thanos Glove Affair?

Yeah, and let’s stop pretending all those people who say they need weed for pain aren’t full of shit too. I’m looking at you, Patrick Stewart! Arthritis my ass!

I mean, can’t she fly? That’s basically like Superman needing to hop on a private plane to get somewhere. She flies faster than her invisible jet could possibly move.

I’d rather it be this guy:

As a Venture Bros. fan, I say just forget it will ever happen and you’ll be pleasantly surprised in some future year when it does.

Damn right.

I have seen every season (that is possible to get a hold of) since the first doctor. I would still not be able to remember how many seasons Capaldi have been around on the spot like that. Plus she is clearly nervous over meeting them. Stop discredit fans just because they are not trivia machines.

So the Daniels directed Daniel and Dano?

Saint of Sinners? Eh? I hope that is your typo and not the people making the show...

I see where you’re coming from, and I think that answer is: Deadpool had a creative team that understood their target audience, and they hit that target dead-on without trying to sell to people outside that niche.

I enjoyed the pacing, and the non-linear story telling helped it not feel like another boring ass origin story. Too many Batman parents have died, and too many Uncle Bens have eaten bullets. Just give me a damn story with established characters already that fuggin’ everyone knows about.

I didn’t think so. I found it perfectly in line with the heavy satirical tone of the film, especially withthe added subversion of the woman being the one initiating the sex act, and the man being taken aback, something you won’t find in Bond or Austin Powers.

To each its own. I felt it was perfectly in line with the heavy satirical bent of the film. Also, unlike Bond, and even Austin Powers, it is the woman who initiates the sex, and the man is taken aback. Important difference.

“We’ll use the Force”
...
“That’s NOT how the Force works!”

I still think that Rey is a Kenobi, in some way. She may also be Luke’s daughter, but I’m fairly convinced that she has Kenobi lineage.

The film actually made me 99%+ sure that Rey is not Han and Leia’s daughter. Why would Han and Leia have a conversation about Kylo Ren being their son and completely omit any reference to having had another child? And why would neither Han nor Leia expressly acknowledge to Rey that she’s their daughter?

Maybe they’re just tired of Man of Steel coming up in conversations which have no mention of Man of Steel.
