you can remove a card from your account, as long as you havent purchased your current LIVE subscription with that card, under manage payment options on xbox.com. you cannot do it from your console.... which makes no sense whatsoever.

call xbox customer support and tell them that you upgraded to a bigger hard drive, and you need a transfer cable. allegedly , they will send you one for free...itll prob take a couple of weeks though, if i had to guess....
