Supply and demand... Americans can afford large trucks and cars (and the gas mileage), so that's what the big 3 concentrate on. So it's not just them, even foreign automakers tend to bring larger capacity engine versions of their cars here.

That's the problem I have with 600hp+ 'tuned' cars, it may break records, but one small mistake and you're toast.

There's no asian airlines on this list. Yet on the Skytrax Best economy award list, 5 out of 10 are from asia. I have never flown on asian airlines but it seems like they are a lot more favourable not just to reviewers, but to people in general that I know that have flown there.

Then maybe somewhere down the line while dealing with some officials, you are going to be required to pay some bribes. It's a nightmare…
