The whole assumed persona of Valentino was just awful.

What you said about Liz.

There has been some really good music this season.

The Father and Child reunion was the best part tonight, (Liz's costumes stole the show too), Liz and Iris are formidable together, I hope they prevail, tickled about Miss Evers getting her new washer and dryer….the rest was such a hash.

Every last one of them

The character of Valentino is so unconvincing, should at least give him 'smoky' eyes with lots of eye shadow. Not impressed with the accent either.

Liz was absolutely ravishing tonight. I really hope it's at her hand the Countess meets her demise.

Oh, missed Liz too. She's still grieving about Tristan and possibly plotting revenge?

Rewatched this after reading the review and comments. I found this episode to be fragmented and disconnected from itself, not much a stretch for AHS, but more so than usual.
The visuals and the costumes were amazing as always and Evan Peters is having so much fun as Mr. March and it's infectious.
As admirable an

I just mean the female actors in general and I did miss Mare Winningham on my list.

Lily was the best.

The female actors in AHS are the best thing about this show: Kathy Bates, Angela Basset, Sarah Paulson and Lily Rabe owned it tonight, the exception is Lady Gaga. I think the producers tailored her character to her acting ability, deadpan, remote. Her talent is in her visual circus.

Rape was gruesome and to what point. I was shocked and needed to go get some water.

Interview with a Vampire, Claudia.

Would you ass have enjoyed that kind of plowing? I think it was about the most cruel thing I've ever seen on a tv show.

The wood inlay in the doors,

Deneuve and Bowie are so much better though.

Sets and costumes; awesome, dialogue; stiff and stilted (even Kathy Bates seemed awkward), story line; ????, gross out violent porn.

Just my take, but as far as Bomer is concerned, maybe the idea of an on screen foursome was the big turn on.

Excellent miniseries. Kudos to all the principal cast members.
