Diane seems cynical and bitter, Shelly, what a mom, trying to get her messed up daughter in order and right in the middle of the parent/kid conference runs off to smooch on her current bad boy. Norma still has her head on her shoulders though.

All of the women in this particular version of Twin Peaks are miserable shrews or really stupid or totally off their rockers. Tammy may be the only one who hasn't done the shrill bit.
Sherilyn Fenn looks like she has had a really hard life IRL. The hairstyle and jacket are late '40's, early '50's.
I was amused, not laugh out loud funny but I liked Gillian's attempt to channel Marilyn.

Being the veg in a wheel chair was a stretch for that guy. I cringed at his dialogue with Shelly playing bad ass bully. Just awful.
Intentional soap and campy as hell.
You peeked, so did I.
And now Bobby is a cop with the Sheriff's Dept. mind blown but it's Lynch, so a fair twist.

"Judy, Judy, Judy" as referenced above is heard by me in Cary Grant's voice.
That could be a description of Yoda.
There are so many Emmy/Golden Globe nominees in this group of actors.
Chaffetz needs to be investigated too. The generals, admirals are not pleased. In my wild imagination they're making a plan to save America from these traitors.
Karma
Sessions needs to look at this clip and then look himself in the mirror. You're above the law, Jeff, although you seem to think you are.
The Garridebs, I don't remember which story but the name resounded with one of the Sherlock Holmes stories. There were a couple of other references to canon that I can't recall now too..
Damn!
'Tammy, Tammy's in love'
