Technically their agents and managers negotiate for their salaries. And while you might be correct that they might not be great negotiators, there is also a history of gender pay inequality in Hollywood for decades, so it isn’t totally out of bounds to guess that that has something to do with it too.

I’d also add when you see another article about a small town board of education removing all actual education from the curriculum this is also the end result. When you dumb down the masses, they are much easier to control.
