Haha, yea I was gleefully happy when the beach update hit :P Seaside Hill is the one with all the concrete right? I avoid that area in Dash like the plague lol, probably why I was so happy to see the beach, as lovely as Greenhill Zone is, it was nice to have another nice section to run through!

I just want to take a second to praise Rockstar. THIS is how you handle a massive online launch. You be open about it and you update people on the situation. This makes me (and I'm assuming many others) not angry at them for the bugs and difficulties. How can you be, they were up front about it! Even though I'm really

Hmm, see I agree/disagree. The iOS Arkham game was to me a sub-par experience as well, but the GTA iFruit app has made me laugh many times with the Chop app (app within the app) and even adds useful functionality with the LS Customs app. There are varying levels of quality of course, but that's so true of console

They've been doing some good things with Sonic lately. Sonic Jump on iOS was a delight (I'm eagerly anticipating the final update) and same goes for Sonic Dash, which keeps getting better looking with every update.

Sorry if you're missing out because you don't see the potential, but I have played some great casual games on iPad (and iPhone before I owned an iPad, but iPad makes it way more enjoyable). I haven't played a good Sonic game since the originals on Genesis, then Sonic Jump and Sonic Dash came along, and they are great!

Ah shit, probably right....

Everytime we see a new iOS controller I get more excited. I actually like the look of this one, so what if it's long? It's elegant and has buttons that look just fine. You can't expect it to be magically no bigger than the iPhone itself. I won't be buying this one though, I have a 4 and I mainly game on my iPad mini

There will be two types of controllers on the market. These more simple ones and the better ones (also certainly more expensive ones) with joysticks of some sort.

Data can now be transferred from PS3 to PS Vita using Wi-Fi or an Ethernet connection.

That's the one thing I find unsettling about the controller. Everything else has me very excited, but buttons on the left, I get they want it to be ambidextrous, but if you're using... [mid scenence realization!] I was going to say if you are using the left trackpad to move, you won't want to let go of it to hit a

This is looking more and more like my 2 "console" choices. I'm getting PS4, but as with the PS3, I ended up buying a 360 as a second console so I could play some exclusive games or game with some friends who did not have the PS3. So this gen, I'm thinking PS4 and Steam Machine... Although they may end up being both Pri

Together with the latest announcement, Valve is effectively breaking down the few remaining obstacles standing in the way of PC gaming dominance in the living room. 2014 is going to be one hell of a year in gaming.

The Move was an uncalibrated mess of a failure at being a good cursor on screen. I had high hopes at first. But I then once held my arm steady, pointing at the screen. I watched as my cursor on screen slowly drifted towards the edge of the screen, while I was still pointing straight at the center. And I reproduced

The longer I stare at this, the funnier it gets xD

How has no one else caught this?

Ok I personally think this thing looks really cool. I saw this on IGN yesterday and was immediately excited. Granted there will be other controllers by potentially better manufacturers... But I think this looks sleek and the thumbsticks look very usable. And I don't have to set my iPad down on a table to play, I can

Toy retail giant Toys'R'Us has released its annual list of the hottest products for the holiday season, and while both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 made the cut this year, only Microsoft's console made it into the "Fabulous 15." Why?

"...and easier to the eyes." Huh... i hadn't thought about that, but you're right, the warmer tones would make it a hell of a lot less eye straining, especially at night. And that happens to have been a problem for me with my Vita. Well, I'm now convinced I'll be trading up once this comes to Canada! That extra hour

“Ten years ago, you could argue that a console’s power was summed up in terms of a few of its specs, but Xbox One is designed as a powerful machine to deliver the best blockbuster games today and for the next decade. Xbox One architecture is much more complex than what any single figure can convey. It was designed

Wow, that sucks! Lots of games on PS3 would have been great with remote play. Goes to show why console manufacturers have to force certain things on the devs, else they just dismiss it :/
