'Lasers! 8 O'clock! Day One!' For such a sweet man, David Warner really gets super-villainy.

Thank you for that laugh. Remind Kang to spare you.

Kang never thought Bobby Briggs would be the most emotionally engaging part of 'Twin Peaks', but here we are!

Also very interesting that the scene paired the idiot gun-owner in the mini-van with the irrationally impatient honking lady (audience surrogate) who was all 'let's get to the fucking fireworks factory already!'

Also David Simon's 'Show Me a Hero', where he's very convincing as an old mayor of Yonkers. He's having a real renaissance as a 'that guy' character actor.

Is Kang the only one who saw the close-up of the untouched coffee with the pie and thought the show was implying that it Coop will only be brought back by consuming both? Yeah it's goofy but the direction seemed to heavily imply it. Kang was practically yelling at the screen for Coop to drink some coffee with that

…if you're rating it below 'Batman & Robin'. And yet even 'Batman & Robin''s silliness looks charming next to 'DKR' which is the absolute low point of Nolan's pseudo-intellectualism and self-seriousness.

One thing the Marvel movies are sorely lacking are some good ol' fashioned costumed criminals (AHEM). The Vulture and Cross-Bones are the closest they've come. But it would be truly rad to see Goggins as the Beetle knocking over banks with Speed Demon (maybe… hmm…Joel McHale!)

Yeah, he gets a lot of crap but if he had just spent his entire career as a character actor he'd probably be beloved.

Jim Belushi, of all people, must have an agent with incredible, offbeat taste. In the past few years he's popped up in projects by David Simon, Roman Polanski, and now David Lynch. It's not hard to see why he's appealing to those directors though. He has a look that flows very easily between totally average schmoe/

Oy. Don't disagree on the substance of this review, but, uh, let's just say that passably interesting pop-culture blogging is a lot to ask from this reviewer.

Yeah, even if you set aside the INSANE superhero set piece at the airport, the Markus/McFeely/Russo machine managed to insert a Black Panther origin, Spider-Man's intro, and a large amount of Vision's character development into a movie that wasn't remotely about them. So, they've earned some confidence.

Yeah, it's kinda ironic that Kang thought reading the comics was a waste of time and yet played 'Avengers: Alliance' long enough to know who the Black Order is.

If you really want to poke a user who has an 'edit' button that can delete your conception, be Kang's guest.

Kang barely knows anything about the Black Order (doesn't read the comics anymore) but thinks it's wise for Infinity War to feature a handful of serious big-gun henchmen who have their own power sets. The Avengers can't fight another faceless horde and Kang's fairly pumped to see what the Russos can do with these

Nothing can contend with Iron Man 2, which was written during a writer's strike and goddamn it SHOWS. Age of Ultron is frustrating (disappointing and pointless CGI Hulk vs. Hulkbuster, VERY rough pacing and reasoning for creating Ultron) but actually has a surprisingly strong 3rd act that partially makes up for it if

B+

Kang is probably still gonna have to vote 'Spider-Man 2' with 'Winter Soldier', 'Avengers', and 'GoTG' not very far behind.

Surprised (and a little disappointed) they didn't go that route for Civil War, actually. Only because of how awesome it would be when they brought Evans back in Infinity War.

All the Cap movies do their jobs really well. First Avenger gives us Stanley Tucci, Hayley Atwell (ZOINKS!!!!) and does a great job with Cap's sacrifice scene. Winter Soldier is maybe the best pure action movie Marvel's produced and has the most substantive heart of any movie in the MCU. And Civil War has the
