Everything you said x 100. Why expose your own money if you don't have to? Why give up the points of using a credit card? What, in other words, is wrong with you? ;)

The bank required that my dad sign the mortgage along with my mom to buy our house. They were divorced and she was the one buying it. In 1982.

Alton Brown also withdrew his remarks in a later show.

There was a prof from Purdue talking at our keynote this morning and I believe I will track her down and tell her to watch for this one!

Delightful, smart, wonderful squishy people!

The point would be that that would be the PIN that you wrote on the card. The 'self-destruct' one. Not one you have to remember and use yourself.

My dead mother shows up and is already sick. I wake up freaked out but also relieved that that's all over. This last one, she was going to be getting a lung transplant and I was the only one who understood how risky that was.

I think you're merging "Mad Men" and "Gattaca" there.
