I just use the mimic thing and become a tree, box, or statue. It’s so funny having someone run around you over and over and then a crate backstabbing them.

I just wrapped up the demo. The entire product is just baffling. It’s got the worst HDR I’ve seen in any game, crushing all my blacks on a screen that usually looks fine with every other game in the universe. Now having played the game, the scene’s even funnier because it cuts to the party walking out the castle’s entrance with Jack still blasting the same song, implying that he ignored everyone the entire walk back to the entrance of one of the demo’s longest levels.

Its so firmly in the “This is so fucking stupid I LOVE IT” catagory that if not intentional (and the negetive reaction they had to the Chaos Memes sort of implies it somewhat isn’t) then I have serious concerns about whoever was in charge of this project because it just can’t be unintentional, nor should it. Judging from the reactions I’ve seen, Triangle Strategy seems to be a love it or loathe it proposition. Personally, I’m really digging it, but I have a high tolerance for typical JRPG storytelling nonsense. My favorite so far

Pokemon haven’t looked like Pokemon in over a decade. Rounding off and softening the designs makes them look like they’re from Pretty Cure or something.

Jeez, not even FIFA or Madden puts out multiple games within a single year.
