I think Rean is more interesting in the second game because he actually devolps more of personality due to the things that happen to him. He does walk on the line of a stu with all his abilities though. Not to mention all the women who want to bone him.

I don’t know. I made through the first two Cold Steel games fine without playing the other ones. I looked up some stuff after (especially after the end of 2) But the story seems pretty understandable just taking it as it’s own thing.
