Be a fucking person, man.

Sorry, but I don’t find Twitter trolling cute or respectable, especially when your own party keeps sidelining you on the grounds of being too young and naive.  I want AOC to have more influence in her party.  This isn’t it.

No doubt, but this childish Twitter sniping over video games isn’t cute given the current stakes. “Sick burns” aren’t the political currency so many people treat them to be, especially when you currently can’t get your own party leadership to listen to you because they see you as young and naive.

New York Democrats just got their shit rocked.  Get the fuck off of Twitter and go the fuck to work.

Because they wouldn’t get anything out of it. Manufacturing costs money, and it gets cheaper per unit at scale.  If you aren’t doing it at a certain scale, you’re wasting money you’re never going to make back.

It’s not that they can’t afford streaming. It’s that they can’t afford a stand-alone box. The Samsung deal tells me they see a future where the TVs themselves will be the hardware, and MS will simply need to develop an Xbox Streaming app.

No, a mind with no knowledge gaps is a mathematical impossibility. Even setting aside the limited processing power of your meat brain, complete knowledge would require a mind that contained within itself a complete map of every bit (that is, every discrete unit) of information in the universe. The problem is that your

Yes, when one effectively impossible thing occurs, then all impossible things may as well occur, sure. But that’s just mysticism by another name.

There’s no such thing as an objective answer to a subjective inquiry.  When you’re asked what is “better” or “best” you are inherently being asked for an opinion formed by your own subjective values.  There is no such thing as an objective opinion.

I mean, it’s still the best game I’ve played this year.

As a reward for exploration and curiosity.  It’s there for the people who like it, and optional for the people who don’t.

The problem there is that instead of spending all your time in a crafting menu you’re spending all your time in a red/green arrow comparison menu.

It was addressed the Horizon sequel.  You still have a limited inventory on-hand, but any extra items or materials you pick up go to your “stash” automatically, and your on-hand can be refilled from your stash at pretty much any settlement or camp location.

If I went to the smith and happened to have the right pieces for an upgrade, great; if not, no big deal.

Sure.  All it takes is being a sociopath.

Crafting systems are great when they reward curiosity and exploration. A simple “you need X of Y to make Z” is boring. But something where you can combine random ingredients to get unknown items/effects is specifically rewarding because it’s surprising, and because it rewards you for going out of your way to look for

Chappelle and SNL are perfect for each other, in that the best material from both is two decades or more in the past.

It’s almost like white women aren’t a monolithic voting block.

How about a bootlicker that communicates primarily in emojis?

Where did you get the idea that wealth is to be admired?
