Congress’s power to pass the the Civil Rights Act comes from the Commerce Clause, not the First Amendment.

Yeah, but you can do that without being an asshole at work. You have an obligation as a professional to get along with your coworkers.
The religious freedom guaranteed in the First Amendment is the basis of the argument for protecting religious practices as a civil right, which is materially ensconced in the law via the part of my comment you conveniently ignored: The Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Hopefully cooler heads prevail before this gets out of hand, but can’t believe there isn’t some kind of check and balance in place in the US system to stop this kind of fuckery.
He made it clear all through the Obama years that he thought going to war with Iran was a viable path to presidential reelection. Now here he is approaching an election with the specter of impeachment hanging over him, digging into a nearly empty bag of tricks and coming up with the same bullshit.
I wish idiots on the internet would stop telling people what they should or shouldn’t believe, but obviously neither of us are going to get what we want.
I’m sorry but being Muslim doesn’t mean that you are exempted from your employers dress code requirements.
Unfortunately the system doesn’t start on the My Games & Apps screen.
You are out of your mind. I can’t stand that cluttered, garbage UI.
No, it’s not, but thanks for sharing.
And I have over 600 games by now on the Xbox so.. I think we both know who knows wtf he is talking about.
Right. It’s just that those things are surrounded by tons of clutter, and an ugly, sluggish UI.
No, I’m not joking. 90% of the Xbox dashboard is useless to me, and it’s just clutter. The Switch is bare-bones, but it’s responsive, clean, and does what I need it to do.
I’ve never had any need to arrange any of my games in folders for any reason, and I’m frankly a little astonished to find that people actually do that. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone’s system arranged that way.
I guess I could if I ever had any reason to do any of those things.
I get lag on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. The Switch menu is bare-bones to be sure, but it’s snappy, and I never have any trouble getting to what I need.
I’ve never had any reason to do any of those things, but at least the Switch menu is responsive and not full of ads.
The Switch menu isn’t great, but it’s no worse than the PS4's menu, and it’s loads better than the Xbox One’s.
Even more unfortunate that none among them are willing to speak up against him until they have nothing of value to lose for it.
