I guess I kind of over-generalized in my comment, but this technique was emphasized greatly my capstone class in college. Read through the listing, make note of the vocabulary they use and echo that same vocabulary in your resume.

This nails it perfectly. Moon Man is my favorite New Glarus beer (maybe Wisconsin beer), but for people who like "light" beers, moving from Miller Lite, Coors Light or Bud Light to Spotted Cow is just about the easiest transition to craft brewing you can find.
