I had that game for the original Gameboy! It was the best and I was just thinking about it as I was scrolling through the comments. It was the only game I had that I could actually finish and win, too.

Many times, I have sung myself to tears. As an adult. In the car. This is not including the eight times I’ve seen it in the theater or the mulitple home viewings of the movie and the 25th Anniversary show at Royal Albert Hall. I never grew out of my pre-teen obsession and I’m ok with that!

YES. I find when I use base, top and color from them, it will last for a week or more. It’s amazing! And their website makes it really easy to search by color, finish, tone, etc.

I’m in Texas and we eat lamb, but we’re also Greek. Honestly, other than my Greek friends and family, I don’t really know a lot of people who regularly eat lamb. It’s so delicious!

Thank you for this gif, just what I needed for a crappy Wednesday morning at work.

Omg Windsong! That was one of the first perfumes I had. I think my mom bought it for me because she used to wear when she was my age at the time (I was about 8 or 9, this was circa 1993).

If you can find it, I highly recommend Estée Lauder’s autobiography Estée: A Success Story (I found my copy at a used bookstore). It’s sort of humble-braggy and a bit tone-deaf sometimes, but she was quite the visionary and businesswoman. Also, she doesn't hold back when talking about her feuds with Charles Revson of

Oh, I had that one too! It was just regular water you could use and there were stencils included so you could spray like hot pink star shapes into her hair.

I had the brunette version of this! She came with a blue and green dress and accessories.

OMG I REMEMBER THIS! And I wanted that house so bad. Although I didn’t get the house, I did have the bathtub, couch and sitting chair (couch folded out into a bed and the chair seat extended out) and the dining room table and chairs. I also have a few of the dolls in the last picture. 1990-1993 was like peak Barbie

Stories like this are when I wish my dad was still alive just so I could get his take on it. He was an avid hunter and has two Kodiak brown bears (one is a standing mount and her name is Clarabelle - we used to dress her up with a Santa hat and a light-up holly tie for Christmas). Anyway, I know he’d have some choice

You’re not! Marsala was gorgeous and sophisticated, these are like a baby shower nightmare.

I remember reading that she used MAC lip liner in Whirl or Spice to get her look, I don’t think there was a specific lipstick though.

Well then I'm glad we didn't invite you.

Yes, they are the same. Or rather, it's all under Christopher Kimball. Anyway, best recipe and so easy! Way tastier too.

I had to go in and edit, but it should be there now! The fresh, homemade version is so much better because it has, you know, actual flavor. And it’s easy! I prepped it all yesterday and popped it in the oven today. The only thing different I did was to use the regular Trader Joe’s French Fried Onions instead of the

First of all, my homemade green bean casserole! Fresh green beans with a homemade mushroom cream sauce (I used a Cook’s Illustrated recipe).

The only acceptable Jello salad is my grandma’s, with black cherry Jello, Coca Cola and canned black cherries. It’s SO GOOD.

I’m looking forward to reading these as I am currently listening to my Greek family gossip about church/parish council drama and also my 18 y.o. sister brought home her 24 y.o. boyfriend whom I’ve been giving stink eye to the whole time as they cuddle on the couch (I’m the 31 y.o. big sister, I don’t have to like
