This is like calling Bill Cosby a “disgraced actor.” Can we stop with casually dismissing women’s crimes and call her what she is, a violent felon?

It’s deadspin, no one here is a good writer. They need snark. If snark were made illegal tomorrow they’d all commit collective suicide.
A guy who’s 7th in scoring and 8th in rebounding, 4th in blpg, and 14th in blocks per 48 minutes, is not a top 5 player or the best center in the league. Demarcus Cousins is head and shoulders above him this season.
Alright Mr. Chamberlain, settle down.
“Davis is the best in the league, and a top five player.”
Probably gonna sue her for harassment. That’s probably where this was heading but Columbia is a less contentious target and has deeper pockets, even though her parents are gazillionaires.
Sulkowicz is literally a billionaire who’s parents have given tons of money to Columbia and are buddy buddy with the board of trustees while Nungesser is a middle class, essentially poor in the United States foreign exchange student. But nice try.

Is that a challenge?
There’s nothing convincing that it’s not though, cause we know nothing. Imagine a pendulum with the likelihood that he was innocent and unfairly expelled on one side and the likelihood that he’s guilty and fairly expelled on the other. Right now, the pendulum rests squarely in the middle, correct? Cause we know…
If what he alleges (he was expelled unfairly) is true, Yale fucked up.
Very true, but this issue (albeit not with offenses as serious as rape) is coming up on elementary school campuses! Elementary school expulsions as well as criminal charges are grossly overused, disproportionately target students of color, and essentially condemn a small child to a life of poverty and despair! The…
