I gotta ask - is it a ballet workout? Or just a ballet-THEMED workout? I keep buying things (or watching them on Amazon prime) that aren't barre work - or ballet sequences, they're just floor work - I dunno, as a former dancer (who feels too fat to go to an actual class) it's very annoying.
