Right, there’s definitely logic to it.

but the performance is nearly as good. 0-60 time is 3.6 vs 3.5 of the Zr1
Again, I’m not opining on what is good or bad or what employers or laws “should do”. I am just trying to explain to you a very well known and established fact that the first amendment provides no protections to employees.
I mean, I wouldn’t use that as my sole means of trying to sell, but I definitely still use it as part of the plan.
However, the costs recuperated from the cargo companies are expected to fall well short of the costs incurred through the boat’s extraction and the repairs needed on the bridge.
This is the big one. Tesla has had its missteps but still manages to sell a ton of cars and dominate the EV market, the real driving force for the drop is it never should have had a trillion dollar market cap in the first place.
Sure the stock is down recently. But the compensation plan and its milestones were set in 2018 when TSLA valuation was around $50B versus around $500B now.
It’s all stock.

Dude I’m not trying to argue with you because there’s nothing to argue about. I’m not saying whether people should or shouldn’t be able to protest at work.
I’m not stating a stance for or against the protest, just stating that you are 100% wrong if you think the first amendment grants protections from employment consequences of protesting.
The first amendment provides you the right to protest without retaliation from the government

As someone who went to college for business, I can confirm that this is exactly how it works: When your product isn’t selling enough, you get rid of the people who sell it. The products that sell best are the ones that aren’t sold by anyone.
“This is an incredible company, probably the best company in the world, easily worth trillions thanks to my business expertise. This $0.01 stock price is just the result of a conspiracy by the liberal elites because they’re jealous of how incredible my company is!”
Despite Trump Media’s disappointing stock performance, many investors see the stock as a direct way to support Donald Trump. A report from The Washington Post featured several Trump supporters saying they would keep their dollars invested in Trump Media, even as the price falls.
You are taking one company that simply manufactures vehicles and then licenses out the selling/maintenance activity to dealerships and comparing it to another company that controls its manufacture, sale and maintenance locations so kind of apples and oranges comparison.
That’s a great suggestion that I hadn’t thought of! Definitely gets bonus points for being unique
Make it a coupe and you’ve got my vote!
