Almost any boot with a remotely pointed tip is going to have a vacant inch or two at the end unless you have abnormal feet that come to a point in the center of your foot, not the inside of your foot

5'10.5" male here, can confirm that 10.5 gets rounded to 11" and then hey it’s close enough, let’s call it 6'

Very helpful context that would have been great for the article to include, thanks for doing the author’s job for them!

$5M for a 2 year rental, not including the extra fees if you want to drive it outside the pre-set event schedule? Year that’s a no-dice for me (luckily for ferrari, my net worth has a couple fewer commas than the target market for this)

Not only did Morgan Stanley jack up the hourly rate on all 36,000 parking meters

The irony of your response is too much to take, because if anyone took your exact logic and applied it when deciding how to refer to a transgender person they’ll get labeled a racist nazi bigot transphobe.

Also things like “A+ plumbers”

I love a nice lifted/outfitted jeep but as soon as you slap a stupid angry face on it you lose any and all respect I might have had for your build.

This specific one seems a little extreme, maybe the angle of the photo or something. But isn’t it normal for the inside wheel to turn slightly sharper since it has a tighter radius to make?

This article is a little misleading, I’m pretty sure the loophole just applies to the specific charge of “burglary”. I’m no lawyer but pretty sure they could still charge them with vandalism or theft, just not “burglary” since that specifically the act of illegally gaining access.

I mean the same could be said of most cars people write about on this site.

I suspect this will have compounding effects when the same number of people try and use far fewer trails and suddenly the damage to remaining trails becomes exaggerated and they get closed too.

UTV’s are the WORST

I love how there’s a comment like this in every article about an off road truck/suv that assume if someone takes care of a vehicle that means they aren’t using it.

I think what the commenter is getting at is by taking this deal, you’re waiving your right to the first 1,400 of any payout from the lawsuit. So for example, if the lawsuit payout ends up being $100, its effectively like GM paid you 1,300 to take this deal, and gave you an advance on the $100 you would have eventually

Thank you! I thought exactly the same when I read this, did a quick face palm and then was relieved to see that you had saved me the work of having to give a basic science lessson.

Metal would be much, much better at screening out infrared waves, though, so you wouldn’t get as much radiative heating from the environment

Yes you literally can in basically any modern car.

I’m confused what your complaint is. In any modern car with bluetooth or an aux jack you can easily play an entire album in the artists order without interruption, the only real difference is with a smart phone you can have your entire music collection in your pocket at all times
