And I'm pretty sure a lot of the issues are prevalent on a certain batch, which you're likely to run into if you're buying older (used) systems that are offloaded by people who are a bit tired of fixing their XBoxes.

Rly
Exactly. An example I used with someone else was having something awesome occur that you would not have really figured on at first, like the whole Balak exchange. If you don't kill him in Take Down the Sky, and spare him on the Citadel, his ships provide covering fire for the Normandy in the final battle, ensuring the…
I'll always love the XJ220. I don't even care if it was a failure. It was one of those supercars I used to lust after as a kid. I guess I'm thankful to not have been one of those high rollers that got burned, so my memories of the XJ220 are a far more pleasant few years with a 1:18 Maisto model I kept on my shelf.
I actually enjoyed this Mass Effect stuff, because I liked reading the input in the comments and discussing our own take on more logical endings. That, and I just love Mass Effect in general. It's easily one of my favorite series, in spite of the more glaring flaws.
Eh, the Kakliosaur thing never really made much sense to me, because the Krogan didn't use them on earth anyway. They were used against the Rachni on toxic worlds.
Actually, there are some pretty logical ways to end the game satisfactorily. As I mentioned elsewhere, actually having each ally gained affect the progression of the battle for earth is extremely simple. It's just a matter of orchestrating it all like they did with the suicide mission, but on a larger scale. Think…
Yeah I don't think the Christ allegory really makes it more appealing lol. Besides, since my Shepard lives, there's no Christ element there, because Christ is supposed to croak.
This is a prime example of why the Mako is the the absolute best. Really, I should have been able to drive one at the end of ME3 on the way to the beam. I would've jumped and zigzagged my way to victory.
Aside from not being road legal, that car pictured is just a 1:18 scale diecast model, though pretty expensive still.
If anything, the very very final confrontation should have been virtual. It would be a good followup for the Overlord battle as well as expand the potential you get from the Geth consensus mission. There's no way you could possibly fight a reaper in the physical world, but that doesn't mean that you can't beat it…
And this is why a TV show or movie will NEVER work lol
I don't know if Mark Meer can handle all that.
Meth fueled his victory!
I know I sure couldn't follow Honk Shepard into battle, unless he keeps his helmet on at all times.
See I could pick apart so many aspects of the game that I find wrong, yet somehow I can't hate it because I love the universe of it so much. I guess I'm brainwashed by Bioware's franchise, but I honestly can't think of a game of this type that satisfies me as much, despite the huge botches.
If I had to really pick out the one thing that annoyed me the most, though, it would be the plot armor. On both occasions in which it occurs, I could have easily stopped Kai Leng from killing Thane, and stopped him from taking the Prothean VI. If anything, he should at least have been extremely difficult to beat to…
You can always shoot him ;)
I charmed my way into getting both of them, but yeah it does kind of reduce it to numbers.
Only thing left though would be the function of the crucible. From what I gathered in the game, side missions result in components gathered for the device, like having Kasumi Goto be part of its construction, the Cerberus scientists, David Archer, and even the little purchase of the thermal pipe that actually became a…
