Realistically, there's no real reason for a lot of businesses to upgrade. Mind you, many of them stuck it out with XP since the Precambrian Era because it still worked. There's no reason to believe that Windows 7 will suffer obsolescence blues anytime soon.

J.J. Trek 2: Search for the Rambaldi Device

So does Kirk ride in on a winged Appaloosa?

Actually, what makes the WBC stronger is their media presence. If we didn't give them so much focus, and if their announcements of their next targets to protest didn't rile us up so much in the news, they would fly under the radar of internet vandals more often than not. They're made stronger by the people who attack

A regular person may actually share some beliefs as Hitler; that doesn't mean that this person is the SAME as Hitler.

That's nice. I know people are all concerned about this nonsense on principle, but it's hard to show much concern for hacker shenanigans against hate groups, so yeah, fuck 'em. I mean really, is there any particular reason why I should care? It's like Mao and Pol Pot getting into a knife fight. Should I really be

This is a very good point. Basically, these people are trolls of the highest/lowest order.

That doesn't work. Protesting them gives them more attention than they deserve, and while their work is certainly shitty, it's best to take comfort in the fact that their lousy cult is not really long for this world.

I'm pretty sure the WBC's freedom of speech is not significantly hampered by fucking with their Twitter account. In any case, fuck 'em. Let the shenanigans roll.

It's so awesome. If I was an eccentric billionaire I'd try to buy it.

And this in turn has given rise to the belief that there are no bearded dragon women, and bearded dragons just spring out of holes in the ground!

Unfortunately, none of this sarcasm changes the crap factor of the new Trek.

Andrew is right. This comparison doesn't really work because an accident on a vehicle is not the same as the intent to use a weapon at all. Your intended purpose for buying the bike was presumably to transport yourself or for recreational purposes. I understand that a gun can be used simply for harmless recreation,

To be fair, these characters have been violating plenty of rules from the beginning. Spock just jettisons Kirk onto the former neighbor of Vulcan rather than simply keep him in the brig. But if he didn't do that on a whim, he never would've conveniently landed near the cave hideout old Spock was squatting in.

To clarify, that part of my comment was a joke. I don't question the ability to go underwater, any more than I do its ability to go warp speed.

Check the time stamp. I made this comment 3 months ago.

Yeah I'm not worried about the whole pressure thing. It's a ship that goes warp. It SHOULD be able to withstand it. It just needs that reference though lol.

That much in my comment was mostly meant to be a joke, since they did that in Futurama. I don't really care if the ship itself goes underwater; it's the reason why that I'm concerned about.

First of all, I didn't say anything about the philosophy or intellectual value of the original series, TNG, or any subsequent series for that matter. Whether or not I was even a fan of the original series, which I'm not, or any of the others is pretty irrelevant.

All that nonsense I said about plastic engine covers and blah interiors pretty much evaporated in that engine note.
