I have stopped worry about how much I weigh for the last 4 years. It's a struggle, especially when I go the doctor's office and I have to get weighed. Every time I see the scale number my brain starts going in the direction of - DIET, EXERCISE.

I use olay regenerist line or jason c organics, my skin is a little oily and I have occasional breakouts. Both these work well and are recommended by Paula Begoun-the cosmetic cop.

I've tried the deposit only colors from Sally's, my hair is black and I tried variations of violet red or brown and it looked like highlights pretty cool. Now, I'm down to henna with indigo because I'm scared of all the chemicals. But I do use temp colors in a pinch.
