While I love the game standalone, I love it 10x more for the crossover content with its Capcom brother, Street Fighter. Especially with this super epic ultra hype MEGA AWESOME OVER THE TOP ANIME HYPE AF BOSS RAGE from Maximilian Dood!

“If your Switch catches on fire or turns into an Ouya, it’s not our fault.”
I hadn’t realized this game was even out until after I started hearing the rumblings of “ded gaem.” I remember when it went into alpha and beta and was talked about quite a bit, and then it sort of just... disappeared. How well was this game marketed? Because I don’t remember seeing a single ad or trailer on YouTube,…
I can’t think of any in the significant majority of Smash 4 & Melee players... or in Heroes of the Storm. I mean I’ve seen some days where a player might be more frustrated than other days and they won’t want to shake hands or even fist bump after the match. But nothing so toxic.
I’m pretty sure I’d rather just throw my computer out instead. Thanks for the “invite,” though.
The problem with that resounding and utterly astute generalization of yours is that you assume each of those whiners are the same group of people.

Just to reiterate on bullshooter’s point somewhat, to explain the “why,” the GameCube controller was practically designed with Smash in mind.
“...in addition to the games shown on this morning’s Nindies showcase video, Hyper Light Drifter...”
I was going through the eShop just yesterday, and had the exact thought, “Man, you know what would be awesome to have on my Switch? Game I haven’t played in a long time... Mark of the Ninja. That’d be awesome. That game should be here. Why isn’t that game here?”
As if the fastest selling console in US History needs your “luck” LOL
I don’t really have any arguments with anything you said, it’s all very logical. I just wanted to address a certain point you made:
Hooooooooooo! sic burn.
I just started playing this game today, per the recommendation of a friend. I invited my League friends to play it... one of them hates it to death, and the other thinks it’s a’ight. For me, it’s like everything I love in a MOBA. It’s so much fun.
This new chick is very strong. It’s satisfying to outplay her, but…
Professional Video Game Expert and Liker Tim Rogers, you are a national treasure, and the greatest thing to happen to this website in almost a decade.
Replying to my own comment with information about Sin of Mana...
In my personal opinion, Secret of Mana (aka Seiken Densetsu 2) is kind of overrated and boring.
