All of those professions are noble. That was my point.

Seems like Foxtrot Alpha slipped over to Flightclub. Seriously, soldiers do their job and get payed for it. It's a noble profession, but so is being a flight attendant.
I believe it's much smaller than a Pathfinder though.
well spotted ;) but Porsche used that colour as well. I had LY7C before. But I came out of the grey since...
I didn't say they are great cars, just that they are selling very well ;) I think I read that - of all brands sold in Europe - Dacia is the least reliable of them all. On the other hand, they market their cars with "highest resale value on the market". That has to be worth something, right?
Haha, so true. I was actually searching for the brown one but put priority on the new front. And to be honest - it's one of the better browns out there. Probably due to the fact that it's a true brown and not some half-assed grayish brown.
I share your opinion but think that Alfa needs maybe another 5 (?) years to make their promises (RWD and such) reality. The 4C was a nice start though.
bump because relevant.
I think the last RWD car to carry the "Audi" name looked like this:
Dacia. You may not be able relate to them very much, but it's day and night.
I think many of Foxtrot Alpha's articles are bewildering to Jalopnik's international audience.
Am I a bad person for not seeing what's so special about Singapore? I haven't been to Singapore - so take my opinion with a grain of salt - but judging by the pictures I can't see what makes it different from any large city around the world.
When you're at it you could just change to l/100km. ;)
There's some exceptions — Mercedes and Cadillac, for example, call their wagons "wagons," even if they sometimes stick some letters and numbers and crap all around them. Good for them.
So it's actually the American car buyers' problem ;) I think VW won't complain about the current situation. Their plan probably worked out like they expected.
Beetle Convertible.
I think it's really an egg-and-hen-problem. They won't bring choice to the US as long as not enough buyers can be found for said options. And prices won't fall as long as they can't make a business case for producing European Passats in Mexiko. And this won't be the case until customers are willing to pay the price a…
I was surprised myself, but the "American" Passat is sold in China, South Korea, the Middle East and the USA: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volkswage…
Had you bought enough examples of the B6 Passat, you wouldn't be stuck with the Chinese Passat now.
