So you have evidence of demon possession? Or you just believe because it's not been disproven?

Eh, the Catholics pushing against contraception tend to say not even spouses should use it, which means people are still giving AIDS to their spouses and potential children if they have sex. And going abstinence only just doesn't work, though of course it'd be great in theory for stopping AIDS.

Hahahahah oh man, gotta love the victim blaming and ad hominem.

Hm, can't watch the video, but I'm quite surprised to hear Catholics still have exorcists.

Strong social support groups + more rigid rules and expectations + brainwashing that removes fear of death = better health. How nice for them.

Yeah, as a formerly far more ravenous Star Wars fan, I think it was the squandered potential of the franchise that is most frustrating, not that it retroactively ruined previous experiences.

Yeah, I was just thinking this is a nice change from the Church's reaction to actual molestation....but really, it's easy to improve when they were actively assisting evil against children before.

Oh yeah, Nichijou was a lot of fun, but I think some might accuse it of laziness in shading or whatever because of how stylized it was (fairly simple faces, for example), which is why I wasn't sure I should list it.

I liked the fake news piece that said that the entire Republican Presidential Candidate nomination race for the coming election was a giant April Fools joke that all the candidates were in on...except for Ron Paul.

I'm glad too :]

Yeah, the hypocrisy and self-deception is staggering at times. I was a fundie Young-Earther once, and you basically have to think the Devil is magically making all those scientists make stuff up that contradicts the Bible or assign "secular" scientists all sorts of hidden motives.

Eh, there is decent Western animation...that's animated in Korea. The Legend of Korra is a pretty dang good-looking Western series so far, and its predecessor The Last Airbender was amazing, for example; though it's definitely heavily anime-inspired, they do quite a bit better fight animation and choreography than

"You were wrong on this fact, therefore you godless 'scientists' don't know anything, and QED God made the Universe 8000 years ago!!!"

Yeah, actually, Toph seems to have had a kid pretty old, in her 40s (assuming Lin Bei Fong is in her 30s-40s as a police chief), so maybe she wasn't the only one...

Ooooh Sato-mobiles. I thought "Saddle-mobiles" was kind of a dumb name. Thanks for the spoilers! (no, really, thanks, I love more info and I managed to miss that bit about Asami).

I can't even get a not-pology from the family member who actually openly encouraged my suicidal ideation and then frakking forgot about it, so apologizing and hurting yourself career-wise is at least relatively better than most recent private and public apologies I've seen, even if it's actually to save face or save

Yeah, I don't think "the world is unfair, so deal with it", I think "the world is unfair, let's work so it isn't instead of killing people for their unfair advantages".

Well, not everyone has the resources or demeanor to become a Doctor, or the opportunities and time and money, so it's the same in some ways.

Yeah...it does sound like trying to stir up hatred of the other, or like populist movements that rage at people for being doctors or professors with all their fancy-smancy degrees and skill sets. "They must think they're better than us!"

I think the issue is that an Anti-Bender Revolution sounds far too much like the French Revolution or the rise of Communist China, where they killed people for being born into higher stations or for being educated.
