“I don’t want to read a story”

In one short post, you revealed that you don’t want to read something that you manually clicked through to read, and while implying you read it in its entirety, you proved that you hadn’t.

You’ve accomplished something remarkably stupid here, and I want you to be proud of that.

Capitulating to that mentality isn’t commendable. This dude has a responsibility as the biggest streamer on the planet, and he’s willfully neglecting that aspect of his fame.

Nothing has “come out”. His accuser still stands by what she said, and I’ve seen no evidence to the contrary.

Certainly, but it also wasn’t *built* on anything of the sort. It spawned from the screed of a man violently upset by his ex, and that genesis has been evident in everything done in GG’s name since.

Video games have had no shortage of shallow characters, male or female, since their inception. How does the quality of the writing make it pandering? How do you have such great insight into the minds of writers you’ve never even met?

There are so many reasons for why a character could be shallow that don’t come close…

Hate-legislating non-issues into actual issues is kind of what the Republican Party does. They’ve gotten frighteningly good at it.

I’m not even American, and yet it’s so plain to see how hateful and ignorant their actions are.

Which is why it’s not really a phenomenon. It’s just a thing people do.

It might come from a place of, “The reason this video is making money for me is because of me, not the game.”

Kind of, but that doesn’t mean people should stop accepting headaches as an excuse. A “bad” excuse is still the person saying no.
