Superman breaking Shazam's neck at the end was going too far, I think

Love this show but I'm still waiting for it to top Lawnmower Dog; that was a work of art

All the points in the review are dead-on; whether it deserves a B+ or not may be variable but if you weight the grade based on it being a solid performer like Oswalt, I'd say it all checks out

GATISSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!

"an epilogue to season two and a prologue to season four"

That…is a lot of words about Undressed.

Oh wow…you know, really, it isn't too late to get Jon Peters to and try to jam a giant spider into this thing…

A weak, sad coda to a great series. Probably could've done this second in series 2 and closed w/ the unnerving White Bear

Yeeeeeaah…you're gonna wanna pass on Sleeping Beauty

Yes. Yes. It's the first show in a while I've seen that causes me physical pain when I realize I have to wait for it to come back on.

Love this love this love this. I would read anything this guy does; I would read his emo junior high poetry, I'd read his tea leaves, hell, I'd read a Greg horn book if Remender was writing it. Love it all. Can't wait for Deadly Class

The more I contemplate this one, the more it becomes my favorite. This is such a good use of SF tropes: the story is about his obsession with her infidelity and the crazy future tech is just an enabling detail to that. The exact opposite, I'm assuming, of how the Robert Downey Jr. movie adaptation is going to approach

Shivakamini Somakandarkram!

Agree on all counts (except I'm ok with the most recent, extra-stylized art which is at least well done, if crazily off-putting). There's plenty of great female creators…she's just not one of them (yet, hopefully)

I know comic creators/publishers people need to eat like anyone else, but the $1 price tag alone for Letter 44 makes it a must buy in my book

I remember How. Excited. we were for a new Boyle film after Trainspotting. Ugh. Someone…Owen Glieberman, I think (*shudder*) said in a review that (paraphrasing) "it takes a genius to fail so badly". I'd agree with that if any of Boyle's later films were as good as his first two.  This was the beginning of the end.

I wish Dwayne McDuffie could be resurrected by a group of pathetic college nerds working from a spell book bought online

Macao!

Yeah, I knew this review was in trouble when i saw Soldier described as "underrated".
