Here...Fixed it for you (suicide doors, remember?)

Here’s a couple of examples to show they will work.

It seems to me that the advertising donk car thing started out with advertising agencies paying to donk somebody’s car. The more wild, the better since they were paying for it. The ad agency would pay for all the mods in exchange for wrapping it in their client’s logos and getting their advertising out there. I guess

So what about cars that are more than 80 inches wide? Just one example is the 1960 full sized Fords. I seem to remember that there was an issue with them when new because at 81.5 inches wide, they were technically too wide to be legally sold in some states. No lights on the roof though. Sounds like a recall is needed.

Unless I’m buying something strictly to play with, most any mods, especially engine and suspension mods, are a hard pass from me. Seeing a K&N “CAI” and filter will send me running. Single wires running around in the engine compartment or around/in the dash are red flags, as is blacked out tail lights and headlight

You can see one of their police cars at around 2:14 in the video. Another reason to love Peachtree.

This is a good idea. I also approve of their choice of police cars (@2:14)

Fun Fact: The Deora’s flip-up windshield is in reality the upper tailgate of a 1960 Ford station wagon.

Not all of them are ugly...

No problems. There’s a cheap mod for that too...

Or, you could just modify your existing truck to make it a little shorter. This mod gives the advantage of keeping the full-sized bed in the back and the crumple zone in the front (in fact, it’s been “pre-crumpled”) while making it garage friendly. It also gives you an even higher and more commanding view over the

Heckblende taillights are even a thing on the Tesla Semi!

Nigel, did I ever say that “fussy, busy and baroque” was a bad thing? Chrysler didn’t get the memo until 1962, and the early 60's Mopars are some of my favorites. Especially the ‘61 Plymouths and ‘62 Dodge Darts. I used to have a ‘58 Squarebird as a DD. The weirder, the better. But, much as the Jag E-Type is usually

I’ve always liked the Volkswagen - Toyota marriage that produced the Volkswagen Taro.

We need another “Continental moment”, where someone at Ford came to their senses and took something as fussy, busy and baroque as this:

I’ve always considered the Nissan Juke as the Aztek’s successor.

Well, yeah.

It’s all there.

It’s right there in the post.  Should have added the year though... it’s 1959.
