How to make click-bait article. Find some boring science break-through and tack on some sci-fi reference, even if it’s not related by one bit. Make the article complex enough to make the sci-fi fans give up reading and get all excited for no “real” reason.

I am here to point out that getting clicks and researching and fact checking what you regurgitate are not mutually exclusive.

That would require research and understanding and not just reporting someone else’s work without fact checking because . . . clicks and deadlines and shit.
