Hard to do at many bars. Management isn’t ownership, so owners have to sign off on paying for it, which lots of proprietors don’t want to do. I am like 5'9", 150lbs soaking wet and baby faced. But, being the only guy working bar at my last job, I was the default bouncer and it sucked.
