Thanks for the info!

How about those of us (I know, a dying breed) that don’t have smart phones but only Microsoft products on their computers? Can I use an email or a text to my flip phone for the two step?

Or...be a grownup and pay your bill on time. “I forgot to pay” is just a nice way of saying “I’m irresponsible as hell and don’t bother to keep up with my stuff.”

You shouldn’t be doing the door holding if you are looking for a thank you. You ought to be doing it because courtesy is its own reward. I know that’s very old fashioned and probably out of date, but that’s the kind of person I am.

Good article! And great timing for those who want to start planning for the upcoming fall season.

If they can’t move you to a new table, you could test your bravery and ask the table to quiet down a bit. This is a riskier move, since the buttwads might give you some attitude back, leading to a potentially awkward tension for the rest of the night. But, at least you’d have the satisfaction of having spoken up.

We got married in the living room of my wife’s house by a notary with two neighbors as witnesses. The only money we spend on the wedding was a new dress for my wife, which she could also use for formal events.

Down here in Central Florida pretty much everything is open except the more official places you mentioned. Being the middle of the week means more folks out shopping since they can’t take a long weekend. And the beaches will be mobbed of course.

Only one, and I’ve been married to her for thirty-nine years. Life is good :)

It brings to mind a 1937 review written by Graham Greene about the Shirley Temple movie “Wee Willie Winkie”.

Very cool idea! The video on the Amazon page gives a brief overview of the manual which is rather impressive and educational. I think some of my relatives might be getting this for the holidays.

Very cool. Thanks for posting about this, it brought back memories of Earl Weaver Baseball on the PC for me.

We tend to take 3-4 week vacations (just the two of us) in our minivan, so we have plenty of room. We did use laundry baskets a couple of times, but found that plastic storage bins of roughly the same size are a better option because they have lids. Now that means anything in there won’t air out as well, but the trade

According to my wife (who is the expert in these things in our family) we’ll be holding off getting my social security till I’m 70. However, starting at 66 (I’m 64 right now) I’ll be getting an amount equal to half of my wife’s social security payout (she’s three years older than I am and already getting her social

Origins is much more enjoyable than Unity in my opinion because the main character is more appealing to play. The locale of Paris is pretty cool however and certainly worth a look around. I never finished Unity because I got fed up with the later gameplay that started feeling repetitive and since I had already

I think of all the AC games I enjoyed this the most, even more than Black Flag or Syndicate. While it lost some of the trick pieces you mentioned I felt that it had transcended the issue that ACU and ACS had, where the gameworld felt like just a series of areas that stood alone and were beaten in sequence. While ACO
