This whole trial was like a case study in reasonable doubt. Yeah, there’s a good chance that he’s guilty, but that is just not the legal standard. Even one of the jurors who was interviewed for the podcast seemed to think “he probably did it” was the correct standard, when really it’s “there’s not a snowball’s chance…
