Hot dogs should be plain. If you don’t like plain hot dogs, you don’t like hot dogs period. So GTFO here w/ your “I love hot dogs!” bullshit.

Extra ice on a plane? WTF? They give you too much ice as it is. It’s a pain in the ass having to eat the ice or risk having it fall into your lap by leaving it on the table tray thingy.
Look, there’s a million reasons to hate on SAS but this is not one of them. (Actually that’s not true. SAS can suck a dick for writing that article.)
I’ve never heard of a team buying at the deadline to improve for the following year. Especially with relievers. They are a dime a dozen.
Yea and the cars are always driven by people who act like they are part time waitresses at the local diner. Meanwhile, the monthly payment is north of $1,000.
How is it an overstatement? Look at every car commercial. You’ll see something like $23,000 in size 60 font on your TV screen and in size 2 font on the bottom for 3 seconds it will say “Base model not shown.”
Oh yea, that’s right. I knew it was one of those old timers from the 70's or 80's.
Man these baseball players are such pussies. Just grab some smelling salts, give him an “Atta boy!” and pat him on the ass.
Didn’t you hear? The NFL stopped doing concussion research because apparently they don’t exist. Ray should have rubbed some dirt on it and gritted it out.
Isn’t Niekro the dude that wrote an article for SI about how to doctor a baseball while he was still playing?
Why is Betre a surprise? He was my first guess.
Didn’t the NFL approach the NIH in the first place after all the backlash about concussions? They were willing to give the money on their terms for propaganda purposes. That way they could say “Hey! We gave $30 million to concussion research and they didn’t find anything!”
Well yea, that’s the point. How many legit QB’s are there in the NFL? 15? 20? That’s the equivalent of being an Ace in MLB. 3rd string QB’s aren’t making $50-1oo million. Meanwhile, in MLB, a failed starter (Mariano Rivera) makes $200 million in his career and is a first ballot Hall of Famer.
The whole comment about killing the leakers is from Trump right? JFC.
Yea I played in my 20's and now I’m 41. I just outgrew it I guess.
Isn’t FF losing popularity? I haven’t played it in 1o years. I don’t know anyone that still does it other than a few hard core guys. It’s always loners sitting at the bar by themselves with their laptops.
MLB contracts are guaranteed though. If you are good enough to play a professional sport, choosing MLB over the NFL is a no brainer.
Oh, in the US, it’s dead as a door nail. For one thing, the owners are so greedy that there is no incentive to lure the best athletes. Look at MLB. You can be a #4 starter for 10 years and easily make more than $50 million.
The pension 100%. Highly doubt anyone other than the superstars go into the NFL thinking they’ll have a 10 year career. They just want to get the pension and reevaluate their options.
Here’s the hilarious part. I’ve been saying this for a while but the NFL’s insistence that they play in college before going to the NFL is opening avenues for NCAA players not to play professional football.
