I don’t think this rumor holds much water, but had to drop in and call you remiss for not referencing the absolute tear jerker/glee inducer that was Tom Baker’s return in the 50th anniversary “in years to come you might find yourself revisiting a few, but just the old favorites”

Maybe I have been watching too much Marvel, but I 100% expected a post-credits scene with Laconian warships coming through the ring gate to take Medina (...and the rest of Sol system) and a “The Expanse will continue in (name of new series or movie here)“. Otherwise the Laconia stuff did feel awfully disconnected from

I am not sure that they have no intention of continuing the story.  I believe that their time at Amazon is over, but this doesn’t mean someone else might not be interested...

Binding arbitration terms if you opt-in? Check.
For-Profit company with scant details available (officers, background, etc)? Check
Website that 30 days ago was just a parked domain? Check.

Every part of this screams “nope”.

Interestingly, they registered the business four months ago in California, Colorado, and Oregon.

I’m sure providing all of that information to an outside vendor with the best of intentions will never prove to be a terrible idea.

Oh, they’ll definitely get the vaccination but STILL be anti vax in public or at their rallies.

Peter, Liam, and Noel need to get in on this.

As has been pointed out elsewhere, there is absolutely no reason for the "Strange Dogs" storyline if they don't intend to do Laconia and the last three books. Maybe movies or a spinoff, but otherwise why spend resources on it? They have already said this season is only 6 episodes because they are so expensive, so

So you got your medical degree where?

All true and correct but, well, that’s not gonna happen is it? Because freedumbs.

You realize that part of the reason we HAVE Omicron (and Delta and all the other variants before it) is because we allowed it to spread and mutate virtually unchecked? It’s easy to say “let the unvaccinated spread it to each other, the idiots” but when their spread causes it to mutate to a point where it’s MORE deadly

To stay safe, stay masked (and get vaccinated)

Midnight Mass - way better than what I expected. The fact that it was only 7 episodes long was perfect. A couple more episodes would have unnecessarily lengthen the story.

So 2022 is shaping up to be this bananas:

That was a really underrated show.

You may recall Jay from this particular Sarah Silverman skit:

I didn’t like the intros for the other two spideys at all. It made absolutely no sense that they popped up in the MCU and just....were waiting around? Their variant was the most famous person on earth, even if they couldn’t find him all they’d have to do is swing around for 20 minutes

Aunt May absolutely died for no reason. She died because she pushed her nephew into making a very dumb decision that barely understood the full ramifications of that the movie barely treats as a triumph. The alternate spider-men barely cared that there respective villains got cured - and like you said in this article

I found that (and a few other things) a bit too meta for my liking. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but I really could’ve done without that stuff.

You don't need timezones to sleep in the night and be up in the day. You just set the alarm to different numbers. Instead of getting up at 6am Eastern, I would get up at 11:00 GMT. They're just numbers.
