At any given time there are 5 vehicles present - two permanently parked on the street.

To be fair - the yard has been clean up a lot - I don’t mean to crap on him. Just wanted to point out that there is more to the story - and its a long one.

Here is a better image of the typical look of the area. The two pickups in the street belong to him. The outbuilding to the east his more complete then this picture shows. This is a rare, unusually clean picture. Extra cars are typically parked at a side angle to fit more in, especially during the winter time. There are multiple pickup trucks parked on the street as storage and occasional use.

A google search for him finds a long list of interesting stories. To assume the house that is pictured next door is the source of complaints is unfair. The concept, the Pronto, was pretty interesting at the time. As a middle school kid I thought it was cool.

This is no mid-size town, it is the 3rd largest city in the state, a massive suburb of Minneapolis, home of the Mall of America (once/is on a terrorist hit list), and houses the county bomb disposal team which explains the large staff size and array of equipment.

I had a dealership once forget to put the oil cap back on. A few blocks and a lot of smoke later I got another oil change and then they paid to have the engine bay detailed at a shop down the road.

It can seat two adult what’s comfortably? Snakes? Rabbit? Ants? There is no way this seats two adult human’s comfortably.

The rider itself doesn’t seem that silly, it also doesn’t seem very expensive. The overall contract is expensive but that’s a whole ‘nother story. You want big name talent? You pay big name prices.
