I could see that if they were trying to sample the sound byte for a piece they were releasing, but I suspect they’re collecting commentary and criticism, and commenting upon and criticizing that commentary and criticism. Once I gather together a whole bunch of racist commentary and show it to you - probably juxtaposed

Fucking *queens*. So yeah. I’ll allow it to see the fucking *queens*.

Why wouldn’t this fall under fair use? It isn’t a parody but it’s commenting upon/criticizing the work.

Good.

I mean I hate everything that has ever happened in Dorne.

Yeah I rewatched that scene and it is quite believable that they told Selyse what she was really seeing. It actually makes sense of performance choices from her that didn’t make sense before.

Killed in four separate trailers parked on a single property with what appear to be connecting outbuildings...family meth lab.

Best thing I’ve read on a Gawker site in quite a while.

Appears so:

Do you know if that's a typical window for a closed primary state?

I was not aware of the window. Now that....THAT is rage-inducing.

I’m not sure what the window was, but if Bernie’s people believed that independents wanting to vote in the Dem primary in any state, including NY, would be helpful to him, they really should’ve come out hard in those states reminding independents they needed to register Dem.

Don’t stop.

But she obviously knew the “secret” of his attraction to her! Because she’s exactly like an adult human in her understanding of the signs that indicate another adult human is sexually interested in her! So by continuing her normal behavior with him she was signaling to him that his sexual interest was welcome and

Craig, you legend.

How can they claim he’s ineffective???

Oh, sure. If the store has an established dress code, it doesn’t need to try the “brand aware” thing. You are describing a uniform, and Zara seems to have some sort of uniform. But when it has no dress code, there have been attempts in the past to claim brand aware styling is the understood code. Those were iirc cases

I guess you missed the part where Zara specifically does not have any policy concerning employee hair, and features braided styles on models in its official branding. Thus, if they were they to invoke “brand aware styling” in lieu of a policy, they’d be even worse off than they are.

I hear horrible stories of them but have never witnessed their consumption. The idea is nightmarish, but not as nightmarish as say a Miracle Whip and banana sandwich. Or Miracle Whip, period.
