Given his reactions to when they did put on that farce of a tryout for him and he moved on it, quick...I’d say yeah, he still wants back in. It was even more insulting that they hired on the guy he used as a receiver for his tryout. He wants back in, I’m fairly certain of that. But should he go back, even if they want

I don’t need a gun.  I keep one, but only because it’s policy (it’s unloaded).

The course and meaning of the show changed dramatically after each season. You should really go back and watch seasons 2-7 to see some of the funniest and tightest scripting I’ve ever seen, it got better each year.

I still think he’s better off staying out of the NFL. He got his shot, was able to play in the Super Bowl even, before he was unceremoniously let go. He got lucky, he got to play and made it out in one piece, and still got lucrative deals with companies like Nike. Most other players can’t claim that, and will pay

Agreed, christ, they spent half an hour focusing on just Rose and Finn in TLJ. I think Rose had all of 1 line in ROS.  I personally liked Finn, Rose and Rey.  Poe was a bit of a douche in TLJ.

It looks decent up front, but when you get to the back of the car, it’s like the designers just gave up.

I wish we could just end Fox News, such a cesspool of hate and misinformation.  They shouldn’t even be allowed to use “News” in their program names.

My avatar says it all in terms of my reaction to this news.

OMG! My parents lied to me my whole life telling me I was white, and “Be Colorblind” lifted the veil and revealed I’m a black man living in privilege!

We’re lucky here in Madison.  The city is quite pedestrian and biker friendly, with lots of biking lanes throughout the city.  You can’t necessarily get everywhere on a bike, but darn close to it.

If I were the owner I would have said yes, and then did everything in my power to ruin his stupid photo-op.

Sounds about right.

Damn! That’s one tough little girl. She had to have been whalloped hard to get stitches in and out of her mouth, and for losing a tooth.  Poor thing, I hope that was a baby tooth she lost.

I hope he takes them to the cleaners. The more I hear about this story, the more fucked up it appears to be. They screwed up royally, and are trying to change the story after the fact.

As with the first-gen Fold, the Z Fold 2 doesn’t have a headphone jack or any sort of official water-resistance rating. The phone also doesn’t come with a bonus pair of wireless earbuds, because Samsung assumes anyone buying a Z Fold 2 already has a pair of wireless earphones they like, though you do get a pair of

Eh, they stick to what they know.

Who put that potato on top of that cop’s shoulders?

That’s a perfectly rational time to use that phrase. While I’m not defending her actions, I can see a potential positive result from it...hypothetically. There is no reason to not hear multiple sides of an argument or you simply just live in an echo chamber and learn nothing.

Good points in the replies, I was afraid I’d get dragged for trying to find something potentially positive about her actions, intended or not.

Playing devil’s advocate here: couldn’t she be helping, in a way, to normalize these “ethnic hairstyles” so that there’s less argument from racists to be able to ban such hairstyles? While it may come across as either appropriation or appreciation, the fact a high-profile white lady is wearing it, leaves less
