I’ll give it a pass as he designed it with his kid, but I would have called it stupid if it made it onto film. That’s a terrible design. I don’t think so, I was simply pointing out a loophole that companies use regarding that law.  The irony is it’s still disrespecting the flag by being on clothes etc. which I believe was what you were getting at.
