I lost 25 pounds and kept it simple. I didn’t eliminate junk food totally because I crave it now and then. I don’t know about you but I’m a tea in the morning person, I can’t choke down breakfast inspite of what all of the experts say, I just can’t. I take a healthy snack like yogurt and a banana or intant oatmeal

YUP!!! I am a night owl and a morning person, ideally would like to live in a night world and sleep all day but that’s not how it works. Just like diet you have to find your niche.
