I live near one of the “high-volume” Fiat dealers that was selected to sell these, I’m going to have to see if I can catch them with one I can test drive that’s not a pre-order.

I’ve had this same dilemma - I like both vehicles for completely different reasons and, yet, also for their similarities.

Wait and test drive the Miata and then decide whether or not you need a back seat, a carpeted back shelf, or just a roadster.

I’m 6’1” and most of that is leg, I didn’t even have to put the seat all the way back to be comfortable driving an FR-S daily. I didn’t have any issues with headroom, either, but those long of torso may disagree.

I’d like to know if you think the aero bits, wheels, interior upgrades, etc. are worth the premium added to the price tag (I’ve got a base model on my short list of next vehicles).

I can’t think of anything witty to say, I’m too inundated by jealousy.

I've love to see if you end up having to take your Golf in for any of the number of things I had to take mine in for in the first 2 years of its existence.

After reading the comments I’m infinitely more appreciative for the people I have driven not being as awful as all of your friends, significant others and acquaintances.

I’m not sure if it’s super solid news or not but the suspicion is that the tS trim is coming to the U.S. in the next few years, apparently.
