My old Jetta had an antenna on it that looked like an arrow. Neon orange fletchings made it super easy to spot. Sticking out from the top of the roof, just look at the roofline of the parking lot, and you could spot it in fractions of a second.

I used to use a specific K&N filter on my Jetta. It was magnificent. 1" nut on the top.

I drove a 215k mile, 16 year old MK4 Jetta, on it’s original clutch, and I still never had a grinding tranny in below zero Ohio weather.

Failure

Full size spare, but not the same size for me =[. The truck came with 275/55R20s on all 4 corners, and the spare is a 265/65R18. Same height, but stupid.

I had a similar situation on my old Jetta a couple years ago. I was driving down the road and all of the sudden the front right starts dipping and I can hear the tire making noise. I pull over as soon as I can and it’s nearly completely flat. Change the tire on the side of the road with my spare, be on my way.

I’m pretty sure all trucks have a spare mounted underneath.

My wheels and tires are 92lb per corner.
