Why not just set emissions standards for airplanes? They do it for cars. Get all the “gas guzzlers” out of the air. Modern airliners are reducing fuel burn by double digit figures. What about all the old junk flying around like all the MD-80/88/90s and the like?

I wouldn’t bother with a chair. No real place to put them. There are grandstands all along the infield that a chair really isn’t necessary.
