Filet-o-fish and bleach.
I borrow my buddy’s B2200 all the time, diesel, brown, 5spd manual and down to haul my yard debris. Sweet ride.
An actual laugh out loud from me on this ....
This. After my 2003 Honda Element had its 5th trip to the mechanic, was time for a older reliable 3rd gen 4Runner, it has hail damage on the body, but don’t care. 2000 bucks.
I somewhat like it... but what’s with the fender flares and then the skinny wheels/tires sunken not out the meet the flares? Cannot unsee.
Agreed, Hoovie, and Tavarish, both kick ass also. I also like on the Autotrader channel where Doug and Hoovie sitting in a studio talking car stuff. Not many views on those yet.
Bought this beauty for $50 and can of spam (both listed in bill of sale). It leaks oil, the transmission is starting to go, and it needs a water pump. It’s still a hoot to drive and is a champ in the snow. But cannot seem to part it with it, it got me through some really craptastic years.
Rough... bought it for $50. Did my own bodywork on that fender, after a fender bender.
Good God... you f’in nailed Doug’s personality. He’s still awesome to watch even with all his ‘quirks’.
Haha! Oh man... I fully laughed out loud at this multiple times. With all political marlarkey going on stressing me out I needed this. Thanks.
No badges on the sides! Especially on the rear pillars. I am a happy Toyota 4Runner owner. I own the ‘Trail’ (no side badges), which then became the TRD Off Road in 2015, no, that badge strikes me as a wannabe thing for the TRD Pro. Mine has the main 4Runner badge on the tailgate, but no submodel badge anywhere. Not…
EX GF of mine love Probes... (ugh bad joke)... anywho, she had 1990 5spd black, I used to work on that car all the time. We later co-owned a 2nd gen 1996 Red auto. I used to bomb from DC to NYC in the newer one to go visit her. Really kick ass rides.
I care....
I quite like these actually.... they are sorta classy.... I could cruise for days in this thing....
Note, if being fit, don’t eat Taco Bell the night before running a half-marathon, ask me how I know....
So what you’re really saying... fat instead of fit?
Honda *does* make a manual transmission with AWD, but not likely with the power delivery the Ridgeline has. I had 2003 5spd manual Element with their Haldex AWD, engine was rated at 160HP. The AWD only worked when already moving though when slip was detected. So if stuck in snow or mud at a standstill AWD was useless. …
I have a 2014 4Runner TE. Lesson learned early, don’t roll down the rear window on dirt roads. My dog loved it, I didn’t. Took me 1.5 hours to clean all the dust out of the cabin. Love that rear roll down window on paved roads though! Also damn handy to get stuff in and out of the back without dealing with the whole…
The Ioniq is already 20 points ahead with me.... it’s a hybrid, but not God awful homely and ugly as the Prius, it looks ordinary, perhaps and sleek (if in black). Get the Blue model, black paint, Michelin Pilot tires, I’d consider it.
Right when I read the headline of this article...... “Stinger” came into my brain. Depending on climate, get the AWD version if needed.
