I would bet money that she’s got one of those setups where all the stylists are “contractors” who have to pay her “chair rent”, but don’t get any of the rights or protections that they would have as an actual employee.

Considering the interviewer named dropped goop and Alison was smart enough to not come for goop but reached for Marie and Chrissy so easily is problematic.
