Trying to make myself do a little work tonight, and it’s not going very well. :D I know I will thank myself later if I can get a little stuff done now, but UGH. My procrastination skills are coming out in full force. :P

I’m so sorry, sweetheart, about your terminal cancer diagnosis and the added pain of seeing your furbaby under stress like that. :( Sending good vibes and peaceful thoughts to both of you. <3

I’m sorry for the hard time you are going through and that your mom is adding to your stress. I have a “challenging” relationship with my mom, so I get it. Good for you that you recognize that what your mom is saying is BS. Wishing you all the best ... stay strong and keep trusting yourself.

Very cool. :) As a lifelong Sesame Street/Muppets fan, I’m excited for you!!

This is the thing that’s killing me ... men thinking this is only a Hollywood thing, or only a thing that happens in a few industries - NO. It’s EVERYWHERE. Everywhere. :(

I could not hate that book more.

Anyone have any advice on politely dealing with *endless* advice like this from well-meaning friends and relatives? I have a chronic illness, and I swear almost daily a coworker, friend or relative has a new cure to tell me about. I’m so appreciative of the love and concern, but honestly my patience is wearing thin. :/

Yeah, I was determined not to watch this season, but I’m tempted just to see more Dean. :D

I totally wanted Eric’s aunt for *my very own aunt* — can you have an adoptive aunt??

Congrats!!! :)

I had a cat for 5 years who had no interest in plants at all. All animals are different!

Just wanted to say thanks for sharing the irrational pool anger story because it made me laugh! :) Especially the bit about not owning the YMCA. Having a headachy, depressed day in PJs here ... it’s funny how a small bit of humor can make such a difference when you’re feeling down.

Sending loving thoughts to your aunt and to you and everyone else who cared about her.

That’s so wonderful! I bet it will be a really precious memory for them as they get older.

Oh my god. I rented that movie and had no idea what was coming. I don’t think i have ever cried so hard watching a movie. Eeesh.

Men suck. :( I’m sorry.

Much sympathy ... I also spent most of today on the sofa recovering from a rough week ... then went out for a big dinner that I am going to be paying for big time, in terms of having to watch every single bite that goes in my mouth. It’s a constant roller coaster for me of doing Weight Watchers, losing weight, burning

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Sending hugs.

I know it’s embarrassing to you now, but it sounds to me like your dad loves you and cherishes you, and that’s a wonderful thing. My dad died a few years ago, and I would give anything to have him tell some stranger at a restaurant that I’m his baby. :)

Could your family adopt me?? :D
