Hell, if someone started out with, “You’re wrong, and I’ll explain why,” I wouldn’t be able to process anything else they said, no matter how valuable, because I’d be seething. Seems like there should be a middle ground. But then again, why does communicating effectively have to be so damn hard?? :)
