Last year I told a story about a dude (cause of course it was a dude) dressed as a clown staring at me through my bedroom window from the park across the street from my house. I still live in the same house, and while the park and neighborhood are generally safe, occasionally (once a year) shit gets weird.

I would say the health arguments for veganism are some of the weakest. The important point is that you can be healthy as a vegan.

Real talk, I am a vegan. But it really grinds my gears when other vegans make such exaggerated claims. It’s like, “put down the ‘How to Sell Snake Oil for Dummies’, guys.” I eat that shit too and lentils have yet to cure my depression or anxiety.

Veganism makes a lot of claims for itself. Correct that! VEGANS making a lot of claims for veganism.

Like all mental and psycholgical disorders, BED has certain characteristics and formal diagnostic criteria. From the National Eating Disoder Assocaiton’s website:

Taylor looks good in this. Is it just me or does she look (slightly) fleshier? She’s obviously still very thin and because of her height she always looks limby, but she seems a little more filled out in the thigh and boobage area. Idk maybe she is just wearing a great bra.

Eating fats to stay satiated is good advice. I am not your doctor, so I wouldn’t contradict their advice, but here’s what I would say: Don’t try to cut out everything at once. You’ll be miserable. They key is not to eliminate, but replace.

Plant foods are inherently cholesterol free. IMHO there is still not enough evidence to support vegan keto and eating spoonfuls of refined oil (a serving of coconut oil is 60% saturated fat) isn’t ideal. However, you can eat a higher fat and (relatively) low carb vegan diet that focuses on nuts (and nut butters),

I think it’s a great idea to replicate your favorite non-plant foods when transitioning. Simply make a list of your favorite meals (e.g. spaghetti and meatballs, tikka masala, pad thai, etc.) and look up online how to make the vegetarian or vegan version.

I’m not sure what it is like in the film world, but in the theatre world I have found fight/combat choreographers/coordinators to be very good at this.

Anorexics and bulimics can develop hernias. He seems to be saying it happened in the reverse order, first he had the hernia and it caused him to restrict calories and lose weight. But it seems unlikely that a treatable digestive disorder, would cause such serious physiological disorder. In fact, eating disorder

Yes, obviously this is the correct way of doing this.

There have been some studies on Seventh-Day Adventists (the majority of whom, but not all, are vegetarian).

Eating a calorie surplus of any macro nutrient will cause fat gain. And potatoes do contain nutrition. Certainly more than white table sugar.

It is very common among vegan advocates to make exaggerated claims about health on plant-based diets. Although it is true that a plant-based diet contains no dietary cholesterol, small(er) amounts of saturated fat*, and lower rates of obesity than the standard American diet, there is more to the health discussion than

Those movies are flawed—yes, but qualified RDs and plant-based doctors (including ones featured in those films) recommend limiting consumption of refined sugars.

I was just talking with some friends that went to his show and said the EXACT same thing.

It’s nice that he chose to forgive the Umbers and Karstarks, but putting children in charge of the castles in the direct path of the white walkers is a tactical mistake of the highest degree.

Yes, and I’m sure that’ll all work out for them. If only those damn female-siblings would just shut their damn woman mouths and let the Northmen doom everyone in peace.
