I want to own it, not license it from a company that may cease to exist one day, and only when an Internet connection is available (other customers of Time Warner Cable will understand). A good-quality MP3 is small, reliable, and mine.

Except that things happen based on the time. If I leave work at 5pm, based on whether it's DST or not, it might or might not be light outside. If it were always DST, it would always be light outside!
