It's just common courtesy and class. Obviously the author has none. And yes its because you didn't pay up for first class.

Something like this happened to me except I hit my brakes as soon as I saw the trash can catch air so I avoided any impact. And a cop was next to us at the time and immediately pulled the truck over.

Here’s my concern.  I was able to answer three of the questions, by just going to our county tax assessor website.  No authentication required to look the information up.  I’m guessing someone who has any experience in credit or identity fraud could look up the rest of the information without too much trouble.  Scary…
