Same here, miss my old girl too. And agreed the risk of turbo going out was one of the major reasons I sold mine too. But even with that risk these things have a very solid market, especially up here in the PNW. I sold my car with 140k miles on it 4 years ago for $9.5k. Agreed that $12k sounds like a lot but probably

Flew on one exactly like this when I was 9 years old. I couldn’t wrap my head around the fact that something so large could get up in the air. Aerodynamics are awesome.

While it seems like a good deal, those grainy photos showing a decent amount of grime make me hit CP. Hard to get a gauge on the condition properly, and there’s a lot of unknowns.  Just not quite a low enough price for me to hit NP without more solid knowledge of what needs to be done.

They’re for your massive black hole.

“LCDs have saved a ton of space!!”

Who said these trucks would be moving across the country? How many Semi’s commute relatively short distances such as deliveries from distribution centers? I honestly not sure of the numbers, but I’m sure there is a niche to fill in the short term as they work towards long distance solutions over the next decade or two.

Don’t forget being stuck inside a car full of cigarette smoke! Lol

No.  He is saying firing the cops who were following order is not going to affect any of the desired changes and is a typical, mob, emotional, knee-jerk reaction.  In order to peacefully affect change, you need to call onto the carpet the individual(s) who actually issued this order, investigate why they did it, and

If you want more five-dollar technical words for this phenomenon: flow detachment causes a rear vacuum, and the effect is massive for a brick-shaped truck at highway speeds. The activity in the picture below is also happening, mirrored upside-down, off the underbody of the truck, creating a nice scoop-type air current

Also the voices I am hearing are now calling themselves “co-workers” and have taken on personalities.

She looks good in this dimly lit bar.

For me it gotta be Ford Pinto. I am originally from Brazil, and “Pinto” is slang for both small chicks (of the poultry persuasion) and... dicks! I know this does not qualify, since the car was never meant for this particular market, but come on, it is like some foreign market named a car the Ford Butt!

I think you've inadvertently posted a vodka cat.

It’s not as thought OEM’s are selling MORE trucks than any normal time, it’s just that they are selling MORE than anything else right now.  There won’t be a glut of trucks any more than there is any other time.

I get a tiny tube for spark plugs and set it aside. Then forget I have it and get another cheap tube for something else. Over time, I have something like a gallon of the stuff scattered in leaking tubes all over the garage.

Getting in early with my standard H-D comment before the usual “hate Harley” crowd arrives wishing for the company to die.

What’s general protocol for engine break in? I bought my wife’s X1 new in 2015 with the N20 4-banger, and while I never read anything about it, I was hesitant to bring it over 4k RPM’s until it had more than a thousand miles on it. Basically same engine as 428i. While it’s no M-car, I just felt it’d be wrong to ring
